In this challenging full time position, you will not only cook but also supervise kitchen staff and manage supplies. With at least five years of culinary experience, you will create diverse menus and handle food allergies with care while training aspiring chefs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Determine portion sizes and food costs accurately
• Prepare a variety of dishes and complete meals
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchens and service areas
• Organize and manage buffets and special events
• Supervise and mentor kitchen staff
Requirements:
• Five or more years of relevant cooking experience
• Completion of secondary school is needed
• Strong multitasking and management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and stand for long periods
• Physically capable of handling heavy kitchen loads
