In this full time role, you will oversee a cross-functional team focused on creating cutting-edge products for the waterpark sector. Your contribution will include managing design prototypes, engineering documentation, and adhering to WhiteWater's Stage-Gate process. You will facilitate collaboration among engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead a cross-functional team to innovate new products • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards • Act as technical authority during product development • Communicate regularly with stakeholders throughout the process • Prepare schedules, budgets, and resources requirements

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Applied Science • Licensed Professional Engineer in Canada or the US • Minimum 5 years in product design • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Experience with SolidWorks preferred
