We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Operator / Order Checker to support our warehouse operations. This role focuses on order accuracy, quality control, and inventory support in a rapid-paced environment! Work a convenient day shift: Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm!

Responsibilities:

Shipping

- Coordinate daily outbound shipments and ensure orders are prepared and shipped according to customer requirements
- Schedule and coordinate carrier pickups and deliveries
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, bills of lading, labels, packing slips, and other required paperwork
- Assist in signing out drivers
- Populate/maintain appointment screen through WMS
- Manage express door
- Update tablet as required
- Complete dock checks each morning for trailers
- Complete dock checks against Bill of Ladings
- Confirm all pallets are being loaded onto trucks accurately and securely
- Track shipments and follow up on missed, delayed, or incomplete deliveries
- Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, shortages, damages, and other issues

Receiving

- Coordinate incoming deliveries and ensure receiving appointments are scheduled as required




- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, receiving documentation and customer requirements
- Ensure products are counted, inspected, identified, and received accurately
- Record shortages, overages, damages, and discrepancies and communicate issues to appropriate department
- Ensure received product is properly labelled and directed to the appropriate warehouse location
- Maintain accurate receiving documentation and system records

Qualifications

- Valid Forklift Operator Certification on Reach, Counter Balance, Order Picker, and Working at Heights
- 2 years of forklift experience
- Ability to operate counterbalance, reach, dock stocker, or walkie-rider
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer/WMS skills
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred

Pay Rate:

- $23/hour
- Weekly pay every Friday
