• Facilitate learning and employment goals for individuals • Provide coaching and role modeling for clients • Adapt activities to enhance client inclusion • Maintain client records and prepare reports • Develop and implement personalized programs with measurable outcomes
Requirements: • Degree/diploma in Community Social Services • Certificate in Employment Counseling or related experience • Class 5 BC Driver's License with a clean record • Reliable personal vehicle for transporting clients • Valid first aid certification with CPR/AED
