Title: Retail Store Supervisor(NOC 62010)

Location: # 371 Main Street Stonewall, Manitoba - R0C 2Z0

Salary : $21.75/ hour

Terms of employment : Permanent employment, Full time, 35 hours / week

Start date : As soon as possible

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Job requirements :

Education requirements:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:

1 year to less than 2 years

Specific Skills:

Assign sales workers to duties

Hire and train or arrange for training of staff

Establish work schedules

Prepare reports on sales volumes,



merchandising and personnel matters

Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages

Organize and maintain inventory

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

Supervision:

5-10 people.
