As a Health Care Aide, you will be supervised by the Director of Health & Wellness, ensuring that residents receive personal care tailored to their individual needs. Your role will include observing changes in health conditions and responding to emergencies, making this a fulfilling entry into a caring profession.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow the care plan established by supervisors
• Support residents with hygiene and activities of daily living
• Observe and communicate any health changes to staff
• Assist in preparing and serving nutritious meals




• Maintain confidentiality and advocate for residents’ safety
Requirements:
• Certification from an accredited Health Care Aide program
• Experience in community health services with seniors
• Robust organizational and communication abilities
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification is beneficial
• Obtain a current Vulnerable Sector Check
