In this key position reporting to the Senior Vice President, you will ensure the effective delivery of current and renovation projects across Canada. Your responsibilities will include mentoring a dynamic team of professionals while applying your extensive industry knowledge in project management and construction methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and mentor a high-performing team in Design & Construction • Lead national planning and execution of construction initiatives • Manage contract administration and procurement processes • Ensure compliance with design and construction standards • Nurture relationships with stakeholders for seamless project execution

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related fields • Over 10 years in construction and project management • Expertise in large-scale retail construction • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office
