The successful applicants will play an integral role in supporting the culinary vision at Métis Crossing including the preparation and serving of indigenous cuisine and supporting special events. Working with the head chef and the 'back-of-house' team.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in food and beverage preparationWipe down and sanitize food areasMaintain and clean stations, wipe down and sanitize food areasUse and wear equipment, devices, and clothing required by Métis Crossing and in compliance with OHSAdhere to WHMIS at all timesOther "back of house" duties, as assignedAble to provide a valuable guest experienceExperience working with diverse audiences of varying cultural backgrounds and agesFlexibility to adjust to changes in schedule and assignmentsAble to work independently and with others in a team, as well as take direction from othersAbility to work in a noisy, fast paced, multitasking environmentMust be able to life up to 50 poundsAbility to work in a physically demanding area,
