Internship dates : January 5th to April 23th , 2027 potential extension to 11th June
Location: The position is based at our Longueuil location; internship from Monday to Friday, with flexible schedule and exclusively on-site.

Why join our team?
You will be under the supervision of the Global Chemical Regulation Office manager.
Our group’s mandate is to ensure the identification of risks to the company’s operations related to regulations, as well as compliance with those regulations.
You will be part of a small multidisciplinary team that coordinates a variety of activities concerning chemical product regulations and managing their impact on our operations. You will have the opportunity to contribute to our group’s mandate by being responsible for coordinating and managing the annual substance declaration campaign from our suppliers. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about this emerging and highly specialized field of expertise within the context of the aerospace sector. You will also carry out other varied tasks related to the group’s mandate.
You will need to be capable of working quite independently and demonstrate initiative.
What will your day-to-day look like?
- Manage the annual supplier substance declaration campaign
- Coordinate the planning, preparation, and execution of our organization's exhibitor booth at the P&WC; Supplier Forum.
- Support activities around the customer substance declaration.
- Support activities on data gathering and entry into our various systems
- Write-create communication material for internal and external on substance regulation.
What do you need to be successful?
- Be eligible to work in Canada.
- Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
- Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
- Currently pursuing undergraduate or graduate studies in one of the following fields: administration; chemical engineering; materials engineering; aerospace engineering; chemistry; environmental studies.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with competing and changing priorities
- Project management skills
Although this position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
