We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Part-Time to join our team as Bartender, primarily evening shifts , including weekends and holidays as required.

As a bartender, you will provide friendly and efficient service while preparing high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Pampa Brazilian Steakhouse standards.

Responsibilities

- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.
- Prepare beverage orders accurately and efficiently for servers.
- Take beverage orders directly from guests when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift.
- Prepare and replenish garnishes, fresh fruit, and bar ingredients.
- Maintain proper organization and presentation of liquor, wine, beer, and glassware.
- Recommend beverages and answer guest questions when appropriate.
- Follow all food safety, liquor service, and sanitation standards.
- Ensure wine bottle and house made items are dated and labeled, and product rotation procedures are followed.
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning and side duties as assigned.
- Restock bar inventory and supplies.
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance concerns to the Manager on Duty.
- Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications





- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Alberta.
- Valid ProServe Certification is required.
- Previous bartending experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs., bend, reach, and perform physical tasks associated with bartending.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
