Sechelt Saffron Restaurant Ltd. located at # Cowrie Street, Sechelt, BC, V0N 3A0, is looking for two ‘Food Service Supervisors to join their team as soon as possible.
Wage: $20.45 per hour; 35 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Full‑time and Permanent

Responsibilities
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare food order summaries for chef
- Perform same duties as workers supervised
Qualifications
- Completion of high school is required
- Knowledge of English language is required
- Minimum of one year of work experience required in a similar field.
- Must be prepared to work under pressure
