We are looking for a detail-oriented Security Guard who will be responsible for monitoring site access and maintaining safety protocols. Your strong communication skills will help you interact with employees, visitors, and deliveries effectively in this essential position. You will also document incidents and assist with administrative tasks as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage traffic flow in and out of the plant
• Monitor security and fire systems effectively
• Perform ID checks and vehicle inspections
• Respond to alarms and coordinate emergency protocols
• Document all incidents and safety activities
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• First Aid & CPR Certification necessary
• Robust verbal and written communication abilities
• Capacity to sit, stand, and walk for long stretches
• Reliable transportation required for site access
