In this position, you will assist the housekeeping supervisory team in implementing quality standards and serving guests' needs. The role includes cleaning guest rooms and public areas while ensuring the entire team works efficiently. If you enjoy supervising and assisting in hotel maintenance, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee housekeeping operations and staff performance
• Inspect and clean guest rooms thoroughly
• Engage with guests and respond to queries promptly
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas and washrooms
• Adhere to all safety and quality policies
Requirements:
• Prior cleaning or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks
• CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus
• Always maintain a professional appearance
