Responsibilities

- Deliver efficient, high-level customer service in a rapid-paced sports bar environment
- Take orders quickly and accurately using our POS system
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining attention to detail
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to maximize guest experience and sales
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas
- Support opening and closing duties as required

Requirements

- Proven serving experience in high-volume restaurants, bars, or similar environments
- Strong ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Confident, professional, and guest-focused approach
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends,



and match days
- Valid Serving It Right certification
- Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards
- Passion for sports and ability to engage with a lively crowd
