Compensation is based on qualifications, experience, and applicable requirements.Benefits: Full-time — confirm with POC.Job SummaryLead the Flight Control Systems Integrated Product Team (IPT) supporting aircraft development, integration, testing, and certification.ResponsibilitiesLead FCS IPT activities, technical delivery, schedule, and cross-functional coordination.Drive flight control architecture, control law development, flight dynamics, and system integration.Support MIL/SIL/HIL, ground, flight, and certification activities.Coordinate with engineering, suppliers, customers, and program stakeholders.Manage technical risks, requirements, interfaces,



and engineering deliverables.Required Qualifications12+ years of aerospace/aviation experience.Flight Control Systems and aircraft NPD experience.IPT/cross-functional engineering leadershipControl Law Development and Flight Dynamics experienceMATLAB/Simulink.ARP4754A/ARP4761.Work RequirementsOn-site in Montreal, Quebec.
