You will execute reliability initiatives to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance strategies, working closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams. Key Responsibilities:



• Lead investigations and reliability assessments for asset failures • Analyze maintenance and performance data to identify opportunities • Implement predictive and condition-based maintenance strategies • Support asset lifecycle planning and criticality assessments • Champion reliability practices across various teams

Requirements: • University degree in a relevant engineering discipline • Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability or maintenance engineering • Proven experience in Root Cause Analysis and structured problem-solving • Familiarity with CMMS/EAM platforms like Maximo or SAP PM • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
