Your Role

- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes
- Tailor activities to their interests for meaningful engagement

Job Requirements

- Must be 18+
- 1 year of caregiving experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Fully vaccinated or exemption




- Current TB test or transparent X-rayFingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed

Responsibilities

- Personal care, light housework, meal prep
- Shopping, errands, companionship
- Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs

Benefits

- $100 sign‑on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked
