3-5 years of welding and fabricating experience in a related industry Red Seal Certification in Welding/Fabricating trade Strong understanding of schematics and manufacturers’ manuals Mechanical knowledge to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment Valid driver’s licence and current drivers abstract annually Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work in shop and outdoor environments, including exposure to dust, chemicals, and noise What Will Make You Stand Out
