In this role you will be responsible for leadership across project management, business analysis, organizational change management (OCM), and delivery governance.The role is accountable for establishing delivery discipline, improving project execution maturity, and enabling successful realization of business outcomes through technology and operational transformation initiatives.Please note that the role will close for applications on Thursday, June 18th.*What You'll DoProgram & Project DeliveryLead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital and technology projects and programsOversee project portfolio health, delivery schedules, budgets, risks, and dependenciesEnsure initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities and operational objectivesEstablish and maintain delivery methodologies, standards, and governance practicesDrive consistent project reporting and executive-level status communicationBusiness AnalysisLead business analysis capabilities to ensure requirements are well defined and aligned with business outcomesSupport solution evaluation, process improvement, and operational readiness activitiesFacilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendorsOrganizational Change ManagementLead change management practices for major transformation initiatives. In most cases OCM resources will be provided by a central OCM team or provided through external consultants.Ensure stakeholder engagement, communication, training,
