Enviros is developing the Stride program, a therapeutic, family-based model for youth with trauma-informed care needs. The Youth Connector will build relationships, provide one-to-one time, and support community connections, including weekend and evening work where required.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Caregivers and the Therapeutic Team, with a adaptable 20-hour week schedule and weekend possibilities. A diploma/degree in Human Services is preferred.
