Location: Grimsby, ON

Salary: 20.85 hourly

Starts as soon as possible

Work must be completed at the physical location. No option to work remotely.

Work site environment: Non-smoking, Scent free

Work setting: Employer’s home. Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment. Public transportation is available.

Tasks

- Supervise and care for children
- Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Bathe, dress and care for children
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
- Organize activities such as games and outings for children
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals
- Prepare children for rest periods
- Tend to emotional well‑being of children

Job Requirements

- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Experience is an asset




- Security and safety: Criminal record check
- Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
- Personal suitability: Client focus, Flexibility, Initiative, Judgement, Organized, Reliability, Time management, Patience, Honesty
