- No gender limit, aged 23-40, healthy and able to work in shifts;
- College degree or above, with unlimited majors, mechanical and automation and other related majors are preferred;
- Engaged in the production of mechanical parts for more than 3 years, familiar with the beverage production process, production technology and the working principle of common production equipment.
- Skills:
- Familiar with workshop production equipment and production process, and have certain knowledge of production management system;
- Have a certain ability of overall arrangement of work, be able to reasonably arrange the work of each post, and effectively monitor the key points;
- Have certain team management ability, and be able to train and guide subordinates in relevant skills;
- Have certain communication and coordination ability, and be able to coordinate and solve general production line abnormal problems;
- Have solid executive ability, and be able to execute in strict accordance with regulations and operation specifications.
