As a Regional Plant Controller, you'll lead financial operations across multiple plants, ensuring compliance with IFRS and supporting effective decision-making through financial guidance. Collaborating closely with Sr. Ops Directors and the plant management team, you will enhance financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Your insights will play a vital role in optimizing operations and capital expenditure requests.

Key Responsibilities:



• Ensure accurate financial reporting across multiple plants • Provide financial insights and compliance guidance • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes weekly and quarterly • Analyze and recommend process improvements for financial benefits • Support audits ensuring compliance with key controls

Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Accounting required • Minimum 5 years' experience at Controller level • CPA, CMA, or equivalent designation • ERP System experience, preferably SAP • Knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley
