Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, scheduling vehicle service appointments, and accurately recording customer interactions. The position requires evening availability from Monday to Thursday, ensuring all customer needs are addressed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with their vehicle service requests
• Schedule and manage service appointments effectively
• Maintain accurate records of customer concerns
• Collaborate closely with technicians on work orders
• Provide customers with detailed service information
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
• A valid G2 Driver's License with clean driving record
• Commitment to working a minimum of 40 hours weekly
