Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate Basin reservations and respond to guest inquiries
• Partner with Fairmont Spa to enhance guest services
• Meet booking targets and promote hotel offerings
• Audit daily reports and ensure reservation accuracy
• Provide assistance to facility staff during peak periods
Requirements:
• Sales or reservation experience is favorable
• Knowledge of Opera PMS and Central Reservations System
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Open to working varied shifts
• Able to lift up to 20lbs as needed
