Join Altea as a Member Engagement Associate, where you will embody exceptional hospitality at Canada’s premium fitness club. This role requires full availability for shifts anytime between 10:00 AM and 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
As the first face members see, you set the tone for their experience at Altea. Your role encompasses effective check-ins, assistance with recovery services, and knowledge of the ProShop. Building relationships with members and learning their names and preferences will ensure they feel recognized and appreciated.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet all members and guests with genuine warmth
• Facilitate an efficient and accurate check-in process
• Provide assistance for recovery services and ProShop




• Remember member preferences and routines for personalized service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front
Requirements:
• Experience in a customer-focused service or hospitality role
• Excellent communicator comfortable with diverse clientele
• Reliable, punctual, attentive to detail
• Proficiency in basic computer systems
• Required CPR-C and Standard First Aid certification
