We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee one of our Banking client's financial services branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the branch operations, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage branch staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy
- Monitor branch performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in sales management within the financial services industry
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
- Proficiency in math for financial calculations
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Team management experience is a plus
