As our construction division continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Skid Steer Operator to join our team in Edmonton.If you take pride in precision grading, enjoy working outdoors, and want to be part of a professional crew that values quality workmanship, we’d like to hear from you.What You’ll DoOperate a skid steer for residential grading and loamingFine grading for new home lotsOperate Bobcat mini skid steer (463 / S70) (strong asset)Mark and check grades accuratelyDirect truck traffic and coordinate material placementWork safely and efficiently on active residential construction sitesInstallation and maintenance of ESC measuresSite preparation: clear debris, grade surfaces, and ensure proper placement of erosion control materialsMaterial handling: load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from job sites safely and efficientlySite clean‑up: remove leftover materials and ensure the site is left in a clean and safe condition after project completionSafety compliance: adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all timesTeam collaboration:
