As part of Canlan Ice Sports, your position as the Ice Maintenance Employee will focus on ensuring our rinks are safe and well-maintained. Key responsibilities include operating the Ice Resurfacer for regular ice maintenance, completing janitorial tasks, and ensuring facility cleanliness. You will also be involved in seasonal maintenance, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and proactive work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain ice surfaces through effective resurfacing techniques
• Conduct routine janitorial and maintenance tasks




• Ensure entrances and grounds remain clean and secure
• Perform minor repairs on facility fixtures and equipment
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Previous ice resurfacing experience necessary
• Flexible schedule, available for weekends and evenings
• Strong mechanical knowledge and team collaboration skills
