Airswift is seeking an Experienced Terminal Operator for a key Oil & Gas client in Calgary, AB, with a Monday to Friday work schedule. This is a 1-year contract position, ideal for those focused on operational excellence.

In this role, you will perform crucial functions related to shipping and receiving at the terminal, ensuring operational reliability and safety. Your responsibilities will include maintaining site facilities, assisting with mechanical repairs, and training junior staff. You will also play an active role in budget preparations and site assessments.

Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and repair terminal equipment • Participate in after-hours troubleshooting and emergency response • Mentor junior employees and assist Site Manager • Contribute to safety and compliance initiatives • Support with staffing and operational assessments
