In this role, you will aid the Infrastructure Project Management Team through effective planning and communication while overseeing project documentation and activity coordination. Your organizational skills will be essential as you manage schedules, assist with quality control, and monitor project progress across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project activities in line with established schedules • Maintain accurate project documentation and records • Conduct site visits for measurements and updates • Monitor and report on project progress and performance • Assist with estimating and procurement processes
Requirements: • At least 1 year of project coordinator experience • Diploma or degree in Construction Management or Engineering • Solid time management and analytical skills • Knowledge of financial and accounting procedures is beneficial • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
