Key Responsibilities:



• Provide process solution recommendations to customers • Configure and develop ServiceNow to meet customer needs • Support implementation of ServiceNow in FedRAMP Cloud • Participate in Agile and SAFe ceremonies • Manage stakeholder meetings for feedback and planning

Requirements: • Minimum of 7 years' hands-on ServiceNow experience • Strong knowledge of ITIL and configuration management • Experience with LDAP/Active Directory • Bachelor’s degree in a Technical or Business field • Proven ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments
