Work with the City of Selkirk as a Part time Program Attendant, engaging in recreational programming and supportive customer service. This position is flexible, lasting from September 2026 to June 2027.
As a Program Attendant, you will support recreational activities, ensuring both participant safety and program effectiveness. You will navigate tasks related to customer service, program delivery, and administrative duties. This role requires a team-oriented mindset and excellent organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist program participants
• Ensure compliance with safety and program policies
• Manage equipment maintenance and storage
• Prepare for and deliver recreational events
• Conduct administrative tasks and cash handling
Requirements:
• Must be a current Grade 12 student
• Valid Basic First Aid and CPR-C certificate required
• Clear Child Abuse Registry and Criminal Record Checks
• Experience in cash float management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
