Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet clients and their pets
• Schedule and manage appointments and calls
• Ensure accuracy of medical records and invoices
• Assist with patient handling when necessary
• Keep the clinic organized and clean
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of veterinary clinic experience
• Proficiency in computer systems; Avimark is a plus
• Strong adherence to protocols and standards
• Collaborative team player with a love for animals
• Flexibility to work Monday-Friday, occasional evenings/Saturdays
