North American Construction Group is hiring Heavy Equipment Operators (Haul Truck) for their Suncor mining site near Fort McMurray, Alberta. Operators will join a large, safety-focused team and work on a 14/14 rotation, transporting raw materials using various haul trucks. Up to $49.67/hour combined rate of pay Overtime after 8 hours/day or 44 hours/week Earn up to 61 hours of overtime per 14-day rotation Night shift premium +$1.20/hour Paid weekly Transportation (bussing) provided from Fort McMurray to site Benefits and pension after 400 hours worked (medical and dental) PPE provided (bring your own CSA certified steel toed boots)

Minimum one year experience in a mining environment operating rigid frame haul trucks (CAT/Komatsu 793, 830/930 experience an asset) Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and recent Driver’s Abstract High School Diploma or GED (asset) Strong communication skills and proficiency in English Valid CSO or BSO (Energy Safety Canada) Silica Awareness, Wood Buffalo Wildlife Awareness, OHS Alberta Legislation Awareness, H2S Awareness, Field Ergonomics (Energy Safety Canada) Ability to pass pre-employment testing: Breath Alcohol, Urine Drug, Fitness-to-Work, Audiometric, Vision Screening, Criminal Record Check
