Hecla Mining Company is seeking a Mine Trainer to report to the Mine Superintendent. This position entails executing hands-on training while maintaining accurate records and promoting safety in operations. Key Responsibilities: • Train employees in secure underground operations • Develop and manage Standard Operating Procedures • Maintain training documentation using Excel and Word • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations • Foster a strong culture of safety and environmental respect
Requirements: • Minimum 10 years of underground mining experience • Train the Trainer certification necessary • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent communication capabilities • Class 5 Driver's License with a clean record
