As a Project Principal, you will oversee complex engineering projects, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with corporate standards. Your responsibilities encompass serving as a senior peer reviewer, preparing specifications, managing tenders, and driving business development. Additionally, you will mentor junior staff and contribute to the continual enhancement of MTE's technical practices.

Key Responsibilities:



• Act as technical lead and senior peer reviewer for projects • Prepare technical reports related to building envelope assessments • Manage project specifications and the tendering process • Drive business development to procure new client projects • Ensure timely invoicing and financial management of projects

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Building Engineering • 15+ years of building science experience in consulting • Preferred P.Eng. designation; alternative qualifications considered • Robust knowledge of restoration processes and materials • Valid class G driver’s license for travel
