and system design analysesDevelop pole framing designs and specify associated materialsCoordinate with clients, utilities, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutionsPerform peer reviews, authenticate and seal engineering drawings and design packagesSupport project planning, budgets, schedules, and resource coordination as requiredMentor junior engineers while contributing to the development of internal engineering standards and best practicesAssist with project proposals, technical estimates, and business development initiativesWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil EngineeringRegistered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with experience stamping and sealing engineering drawings5+ years of distribution engineering experience focused on overhead and underground power systemsExperience designing low and medium-voltage distribution systemsProficiency with PLS software, QuickPole, SpidaCalc, or similar distribution design softwareExperience performing electrical engineering calculations and preparing detailed engineering design packagesStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detailValid Class 5 driver's licenceExperience with streetlight design, AGi32, MicroStation, AutoCAD, LDC standards (Toronto Hydro preferred), mine sites, wind farms, private connections, aerial communications,
