Key Responsibilities: • Assist in achieving lodge goals through collaboration • Supervise and coach staff alongside Lodge Manager • Serve as a primary point of contact for guests • Monitor bar stock and inventory levels • Manage staff schedules and time entry

Requirements: • 2+ years in hospitality leadership roles • Food Safe Certificate and First Aid Level 1 • Knowledge of Point of Sale systems • Robust public speaking and training facilitation skills • Passion for high-end service and mountain experiences
