You will build and scale enterprise-grade applications, APIs, RAG pipelines, agent workflows, and modern web applications while helping shape engineering best practices across the AI function. Working closely with business, technology, data, and AI teams, you will transform ambiguous problems into practical solutions that deliver measurable value.You will remain a substantial hands-on individual contributor, personally writing, reviewing, integrating, deploying, and troubleshooting production code and technical assets. You will also turn recurring delivery needs into secure, reusable engineering capabilities that make future AI solutions faster, safer, and more consistent to implement and operate.
