We are looking for an experienced, reliable and detail-oriented private housekeeper to look after our home in Ladner on a long-term basis.This is not simply a routine house-cleaning position. We are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining a home to a high standard, notices what needs attention, and over time becomes familiar with the house and how we like things done.The position would initially be approximately every second week, preferably on a consistent weekday.Regular responsibilities would include:General high-standard housekeeping and cleaningChanging and making bedsLaundry and folding as requiredKitchen and bathroom cleaningInterior glass and windows as requiredRefrigerator cleaning and organizationPantry cleaning and organizationCleaning inside cupboards and drawers periodicallyBaseboards, doors, trim and other detailed cleaningRotating deeper-cleaning projects as requiredWe are looking for someone who is proactive and has positive judgment. Once familiar with the home, we would prefer not to have to provide a detailed list every week. If the regular work is completed,



we would expect the housekeeper to recognize other areas that could use attention.Previous experience working independently in private homes is strongly preferred.
