We are inviting applications for an Activity Leader to join our summer program team. This position focuses on leading activities while ensuring a supportive and safe environment. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, experience in youth programs, and the ability to create inclusive, engaging experiences tailored to diverse student needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise group activities, games, and sports
• Encourage personal growth and foster teamwork among students
• Create a welcoming environment for full participation




• Organize tailored activities according to student interests
• Ensure student safety during all transitions and activities
Requirements:
• Robust communication and interpersonal capabilities
• Previous experience in similar roles preferred
• Enthusiastic attitude towards youth engagement
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
• Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
