In this position, you will leverage your 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Trust and Estate administration while supporting advisors and clients alike. You'll act as the subject matter expert on National Bank Independent Network's (NBIN) back-office platforms and assist with daily inquiries and transactions. Your attention to detail is crucial as you monitor service requests and train advisory teams on best practices.

Key Responsibilities: • Support estate settlements, transfers,



and documentation • Respond to client and advisor inquiries accurately • Train advisory teams and provide guidance when needed • Monitor designated mailboxes and track outstanding requests • Collaborate with internal and external teams for issue resolution

Requirements: • 1-2 years in Trust and Estate administration • 3-5 years in administrative or back-office roles • Familiarity with NBIN processes and applications • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and urgent requests
