As a Health Complex Security Guard in a Hospital setting , physical ability and ability to De- elevate situation is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling and de-escalate situations in a Hospital environment

What's in it for you?

- Hourly wage of $18.81+$560 for food+ Free travel and Accomodation ( Food travel and Accomodation provided for guards going from Winnipeg )
- Position: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off ( 7Am to 7 Pm)

Responsibilities for Health Complex Security Guard





- Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
- Verify identities and control access to secure areas
- React quickly to threats or incidents
- Responding to code
- Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
- Document incidents and actions taken
- Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
- Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents

Qualifications for Health Complex Security Guard

- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid Manitoba security license
- First aid certification an asset
- Ability to stand and walk entire shift
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
- Tactical experience(Asset)
- Customer service oriented
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a stressful environment
