What you'll need to have

- Enjoys fast-paced distribution environments
- Passionate about providing provide great customer service
- Comfortable with standing, lifting upto 50 lbs, and walking for long periods
- Warehouse/logistics experience is a plus
- Forklift license is a nice-to-have, or willing to learn
- Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
- People-person, good at building rapport
- Results-driven
- Team player, but can work solo
- Committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace
- You're energized by an early start and are available to work flexible early morning shifts times between 2:00 AM and 12:00 PM (noon), helping prepare the store so our customers can enjoy a outstanding IKEA experience every day.
