Your Role

You're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is your place, you're able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. You represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day.

Responsibilities

- Keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
- Maintain an efficient and productive Stockroom by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized.
- Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a game plan, and take action to correct the opportunity.
- Assist team members with non‑stock related tasks or guest assistance as needed.
- Follow safety standards, Asset Protection rules and all AEO policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Love AE and Aerie products.
- Robust organization, attention to detail, prioritization and time‑management skills.
- Flexible availability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.
- Previous stock‑related role experience.
