Job Summary

The Market Research Assistants are responsible for giving online feedback on a variety of Vancouver topics including political views, buying habits, consumer satisfaction opinions, app reviews, software usability, and other issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Fill out the questionnaires we send; the work is for research purposes only.
- Demonstrate patience and the ability to deliver tasks, even when working from home.
- Follow the instructions and answer the questionnaires immediately.
- Record answers directly into the link that is sent to you.
- Check all responses for accuracy, spelling, and grammar.

Required Skills and Abilities

- Self‑motivated, positive attitude.
- Excellent reading and listening skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Skilled customer service attitude.
- Commitment to the tasks.
- Experience with day‑to‑day issues in Vancouver.

Previous work‑from‑home experience is an asset but not required.

Home Office Requirements





- Fully functional computer with Windows 7, 8 or 9, or a Mac/Apple desktop or laptop. Minimum requirements: 1.1 GHz CPU, 512 MB RAM. Mobile devices (iPhone, Android) acceptable, though desktop preferred.
- Internet speed: at least 50 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads.
- Antivirus software installed.
