Key Responsibilities: • Generate creative design solutions for projects • Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively • Conduct thorough communication with stakeholders • Implement knowledge of city approvals and compliance • Contribute to passive house and net zero design initiatives
Requirements: • 3-5+ years of experience in architecture • Licensed OAA architect or in IAP process • Strong skills in project management • Understanding of mixed-use building design • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and energy modeling
