The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and robust risk management.This role potentially could take over an expanded mandate of Loan Closing in the future.In this role, you will:Team Leadership and PerformanceAssist in developing a customer-centric team, driving productivity, operational efficiency, and professional growthAssist the manager in managing team performance, staffing, and work volume, providing weekly reporting to senior managementCoach and mentor junior / new team members to enhance individual and collective capabilitiesOperational ManagementAdminister loan information for syndicated and direct lending dealsVerify financial limits, ensure calculation accuracy, and manage fund disbursementsValidate adherence to loan documentation terms, including pricing, conditions, and limitsCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issuesRisk and ComplianceImplement and maintain rigorous operational controlsEnsure compliance with:Regulatory Compliance Risk Management FrameworkAML/ATF Global HandbookOrganizational Conduct GuidelinesProactively identify and elevate policy exceptionsSystems and Technical ExpertiseDevelop comprehensive knowledge of loan platforms (ACBS, Loan IQ)Ensure accurate accounting entries and system integrationsSupport special projects and complex operational challengesDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business,
