Ginger Sushi is seeking a F/T Food Service Supervisor.

- Terms of employment: Full time, Permanent
- Wage: $20.00~$23.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30 ~ 40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1
- 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

- Establish work schedules for food service staff and supervise their activities.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
- Keep food and service to meet the quality control standards.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs and wastage.
- Train staffs in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
- May participate in the recruitment of food service workers when required.
- Address the complaints or inquiries from customers.

Job requirements:

- Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
